Katerina is a PhD Student in the lab, studying relationships between vicarious touch, dance, aesthetic appreciation, social connection and wellbeing. Prior to starting her PhD Katerina worked as a Lab Manager in our team. Her undergraduate degree was in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Democritus University of Thrace. Following this she completed Master Degree in Neuroscience at the University of Bordeaux. During her time at Bordeaux she joined our lab to complete her Master Thesis, which focussed on the sense of agency and mirror-sensory synaesthesia.
